The JK HRMS Portal (Jammu & Kashmir Human Resource Management System) is the official digital HR platform for all government employees of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. Launched on 17 October 2022 and developed by NIC (National Informatics Centre), the portal integrates service-related data from the existing CPIS (Centralised Personnel Information System) into a modern, accessible digital platform.
Through JKHRMS, J&K government employees can register themselves, verify and update their service records, apply for leave, access salary information via the linked JKPaySys system, and use integrated services like EPM (Employee Performance Monitoring) and PRS (Property Return System).
